LEAD are nonprofit coaches and mentors.

“A brain to pick, an ear to listen and an occasional push in the right direction.”

—John Cosby

You're not alone. Leadership is both a mindset and a skill, and learning to think and act like a leader is what we help facilitate via our mentoring and coaching services.

LEAD offers mentoring and coaching for all experience levels of not-for-profit managers, CEOs, and board members.

Coaching and mentoring allows for self-reflection, discovery, and leadership growth. It is an opportunity for self-care aligned with your leadership style.

what can i expect from my lead coach or mentor?

By working with a coach or mentor you receive individual leadership or management guidance/support, either face to face or online via zoom. Most leaders meet with their coaches and mentors for an hour every month to ensure consistent and timely support.

Our mentors and coaches support your success by sharing knowledge and skills for daily management and leadership growth. Reflection with their guidance boosts personal and professional learning. Research shows that taking ‘space in the pace’ to step back from the day-to-day work and invest time in reflection makes a big difference to leader effectiveness.

All of our coaches and mentors are trained by the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre and follow international code of ethics for coaches and mentors. All information from sessions will remain confidential and organisations, Boards or funders will not have access to the content of your conversations.
