This governance workshop covers all you need to know about recruiting and exiting Board members.
What makes a good board member, and where do you find them? How do you convince them to serve on your board? How do you get the most out of them as a board member? What about term limits? How do you get rid of people when they are not performing? And what about when its time for founders to move on?
The workshop will be led by Garth Nowland-Foreman, LEAD’s ‘Governance Guru’, an experienced trainer and facilitator, and non-profit governance expert.
Pizza & juice provided.
This workshop is in partnership with Volunteer Marlborough so registrations are directly with them.
