Building and sustaining wellness have increasingly become significant challenges for people who work in the not for profit/community sector.
For years the focus had been regarding how to deal with stress but the growing awareness now is the importance of understanding and knowing how to develop and sustain holistic wellbeing. This then informs our understanding and leadership of our responsibilities and goals in how to develop a wellness culture in our workplaces and lives. A culture that contributes to a deeper understanding of our ability to grow, lead and sustain our wellbeing, in our organisations and in our communities.
Hilary Star Foged has been leading Leadership and Wellness seminars for seven years and continues to develop and draw on tools and frameworks to support our awareness and understanding of wellbeing, to provide ourselves with a personal wellness audit, and to look at insights and strategies to create and provide leadership for a wellness culture in our organisations.
This workshop is run in association with Volunteer Wellington, so please register directly via their website.
